2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all sales of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

3.2 Payment shall be provided at time of purchase through the Buyer’s choice of payment method on the Website.

4.1 Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to achieve the lead times specified.
4.1.1 Stocked items will be scheduled with a minimum production time of 3 business days, with a maximum of 15.
4.1.2 Custom items will be scheduled with a minimum production time of 15 business days with a maximum of 20.
